Couple's retreat with some quirks
Those glass-enclosed rooms were somethin else! I mean, we had a view of the water streams right from our bed!. The bathroom tiles were unique, really caught my eye.
Not cheap! yet it was still alright.

Beautiful lagoon views from a distance.
We booked a Deluxe Room expecting luxury but were severely disappointed. Access to the lagoon was misleading. it was 200 meters away from the hotel grounds. The staff's inability to assist with our complaints about cold showers was infuriating, and they barely spoke English, making communication impossible. To top it off, loud music played all day, disturbing any chance of relaxation in our room.

The unique design of the glass-enclosed rooms provided a refreshing experience, although the lack of privacy in the bathroom area was a downside. Breakfast was tasty, and the friendly staff truly enhanced the stay. However, accessibility to the lagoon was limited, and the rate felt a bit high.

Pleasant Stay with Unique Charm
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the charming gardens. The quirky design added character, although be mindful of tricky walkways if you're unsteady. Use local dining recommendations for a fantastic culinary experience. Aurora, the manager, was helpful and made our stay special.

The very warm welcome set the tone for an enjoyable six-night stay in a spacious Queen Suite, featuring excellent AC and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff proved to be extremely friendly and helpful, especially when they assisted with a flat tire issue. Despite no breakfast included in the arrangement, the available options were quite good. The well-kept garden and nice pool area added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

We had a fantastic time in a large queen suite that came with great AC and solid WiFi. The outdoor pool and lush garden area made it super relaxing to unwind after exploring. One small downside was that the bathroom setup was a bit odd, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all. 😊

The cabanas on the hotel grounds looked fantastic and were well-kept. The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly. Our cabana was large. it had a good AC unit and reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent but not included in our rate. I appreciated the beautiful garden and pool area. Unfortunately, the queen-size bed was too small for us, and the mattress sagged, causing back pain each morning. The bathroom felt strange with only a stall design, and we had an unpleasant surprise with a dead lizard in our room. Despite these issues, the staff assisted us with a flat tire, which I valued greatly.

The stay was quite memorable for a number of reasons. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, offering a good atmosphere for relaxation. However, there were annoying issues such as an uncomfortable queen bed that sagged and resulted in back pain. Despite these inconveniences, the exceptional kindness of the staff stood out and added a warm touch to our experience. The pool and well-kept gardens provided a lovely area to unwind after a long day exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful cenotes and the lake, which was a short walk away.
